To support, promote and provide quality programs and projects and to facilitate community interaction which will contribute to the safety, health, and physical improvement of the Oaklands neighbourhood.

The Oaklands Community Association Board of Directors is comprised entirely of volunteers who live in the Oaklands neighbourhood. Regular Board Meetings are on the first Thursday of every month. The election of officers takes place during the Association's Annual General Meeting, typically the first Thursday in March, 7:00pm at Oaklands Community Centre.
