RENT OUR FACILITY
Oaklands Community Centre, one of the City of Victoria's newest facilities, is often available to rent. From meetings, workshops & worship groups, to birthday parties & wedding receptions, we strive to accommodate your needs!
The facility consists of 2 main rooms of different sizes and a collapsible wall between the two. In certain very special circumstances, the wall can be removed, providing the patron with one large L-shaped space. The Centre is new, clean and wheelchair accessible with plenty of free parking and lots of natural light.
The COMM Room: This space is great for meetings, casual gatherings, yoga or meditation classes and small birthday parties. The room has 2 wheelchair friendly washrooms, 2 exits and a comfy couch, chair and loveseat. Maximum capacity is 50 people.
The OOSC Room: This room is the larger of the two, with 2 washrooms, 2 exits and plenty of natural light if need be. One rental option exclusive to this room is the use of the kitchen and all its amenities. With a maximum capacity of 100 people, the OOSC Room has played host to numerous large parties, dances, workshops, church groups and wedding receptions.

Oaklands Community Centre adheres to the City of Victoria Noise Bylaw. That means the renter must be fully cleaned up and out the door by midnight - no later!
We have plenty of tables, chairs and various equipment for your use along with your rental. Ask us about the 'Coffee Cart', 'Birthday Bonanza' and options!
