Oaklands Community Centre

Oaklands Community Centre, one of the City of Victoria's newest facilities, is often available to rent.  From meetings, to birthday parties, to wedding receptions, we strive to accomodate your needs!

The facility consists of 2 main rooms of differnt sizes and a collapsible wall between the two.   If necessary, the wall can be removed, providing the patron with one large L-shaped space.  The Centre is new, clean and wheelchair accessible with plenty of free parking and lots of natural light.

The COMM Room:  This space is great for meetings, casual gatherings, yoga or meditation classes and small birthday parties.  The room has 2 wheelchair friendly washrooms, 2 exits, a couch, chair and loveseat and foosball table.   Maximum capacity is 50 people.

The OOSC Room:  This room is the larger of the two, with 2 washrooms, 2 exits and tonnes of natural light if need be.  One rental option exclusive to this room is the use of the kitchen and all its amenities.  With a maximum capacity of 100 people, the OOSC Room has played host to numerous large parties, dances, family gatherings, church groups and wedding receptions. 

*'Full Day consists of a maximum 10 hour span, no later than midnight; np stands for non-profit;  fp stands for for-profit. 

Oaklands Community Centre adheres to the City of Victoria Noise Bylaw.  That means the renter must be fully cleaned up and out the door by midnight - no later! 

We have plenty of tables, chairs and various equipment for your use along with your rental.  Ask us about the 'Coffee Cart', 'Birthday Bonanza' and 'Entertainment Extravaganza' options!
