FACILITY RENTAL INFORMATION
Oaklands Community Centre, one of the City of Victoria's newest facilities with rental space subject to availability. The Centre is new, clean and wheelchair accessible with ample free parking and natural light. From meetings, workshops & worship groups, to birthday parties & wedding receptions, we strive to accommodate your needs!
The facility consists of two rooms of different sizes and a collapsible wall between to accommodate larger events.
The COMM Room: This space is great for meetings, casual gatherings, yoga or meditation classes and small birthday parties. The room has 2 wheelchair friendly washrooms, 2 exits and a couch, chair and loveseat. Maximum capacity is 50 people.
The OOSC Room: This room is the larger of the two, with 2 washrooms, 2 exits and lots of windows with privacy blinds. One rental option exclusive to this room is the use of the kitchen, including 2 ranges, microwave, refridgerator, dishes and santizer. With a maximum capacity of 100 people, the OOSC Room has played host to several large parties, dances, workshops, church groups and wedding receptions.
Oaklands is also proud to offer rental space in our new and improved second facility Oaklands Neighbourhood House on 2629 Victor St. It boasts 3 more available spaces to rent for lower prices. The green room is the perfect spot to host a birthday party with lots of natural light and limited access to the kitchen. The red room provides a smaller meeting space for those that need access to tables and chairs.

Oaklands Community Centre adheres to the City of Victoria Noise Bylaw. Renters must be cleaned up midnight.
